This morning while I was dreaming, In my dream I heard the word dreaming and that made me start to realize I was dreaming so I started wake up and I was on my back and for some reason I started to think of that in between state your talking about here, and then I heard a buzzing sound in my head and my vision went very white and bright and I felt alot of anxiety inside which scared me away from this in between state and then I woke up. It was very odd and i've never felt anything like it.

@RPJoey I think so too - i have noticed whilst staring at a flame for some time the surroundings dissolve into void. Any change of focus/eye blinking etc brings you back though...but it’s like looking without looking...maybe the vision begins to turn inward once you no longer respond to outer stimulus. my practice needs more practice lol

I usually dream about animals and native americans (south and north americans).
9 of 10 of my dreams contain animals, and maybe 2 of 10 natives.
The other day i dreamt about some bizarre creatures, not from this world, and i was wondering if theyre beings from another dimension.

@RPJoey - yea i have yead the buzzing noise and i've also heard like a popping noise like if someone popped a light bulb. I even hear voices when i dont see anything around me.

@RPJoey oh right lol
it makes sense cause most people who lose it, first thing is they become overtly untidy and smell
I believe Iboga is amazing especially for people with opiate habits. my channel feature video is the Bwiti people who have Iboga as their sacred medicine
On the threshold I tend to receive vivid imagery but it does have a substance/tangibility to it...flashing by as I arise but soon dissipates as I move back into my head. It is a more relaxed and flowing state of being...when I “wake” it seems a tension also comes into being and cuts me from this more perceptive ish state..I feel with practice I could control this more – in line with what you were saying about the shamans..though trance doesnt seems right. It does feel naturalish in a way/ lucid

@rainwindandwolf - It could be interesting to see what may emerge from this state. One could take various sorts of hallucinogens to get to the same place, but with much practice it can be done without 'em. Part of the challenge, I believe, is keeping the body completely relaxed.. I experience this just before I sleep, as well. If one rests their body enough, I think the eyes being open wouldn't prevent the visions from surfacing. It's a challenge, that's for sure.

I have been experencing sleep paralysis sence i was like 5 im 18 now. I use to be very scared beacuse i would see all these different beings around me. sometime they would touch me or the would make me see like these weired images. as i got use to this happening to me they began to try and bull me out of my body. i started astral projecting and lately i been trying to learn from them. These spiritual beings are here to help they cannot hurt you.

@KyRhie19921 - It's interesting, because not every experience is exactly the same. Have you ever heard strange buzzing noises while you were in the midst of sleep paralysis?
