Tehachapi horse trainer, Matt Sheridan, participated at the invitation of the BLM in the 2008 Trail Blazer Battle of the Breeds Trail Competition on 11/14/08 at the Trail Blazer Festival in Santa Barbara, CA, with Luna, the Mustang Mare that he trained for the 2008 Western States Mustang Challenge. They placed 3rd in the Challenge. Luna was started in 4/08. This video is Matt's & Luna's run in the competition.

Thanks, wildbill! I really liked what he's done with Luna and she REALLY likes him alot. Luna was auctioned off after the Western States Mustang Challenge along with all the other mustangs in the Challenge. She went to a REALLY nice couple about an hour from Matt. Luna comes back to Matt to use when the BLM or the Mustang Heritage Foundation asks them to participate in different events. The next one is in January in Scottsdale (Mustang Smackdown at the AQHA show). Thanks for watching!
