I got this recording after a great practice at the studio, I was pretty wiped after everything for the day! This was such a great song to dance to...I had so much fun. wow, i think your amazing.. just watching this has made me book for pole lessons, i have a son and i'd also love to get back in shape.. i'd rather do this than go to the gym because i'd love to feel sexy again.. how long did it take you to get this good? and also what good poles would you reccomend for me to put up in my house ? i saw 1 on amazon but not sure if its good... x.. p.s love the song choice

@MsMarcha20 Thank you so much Love...You're such a sweetheart! Pole is my primary form of exercise now. I also focus on stretching/yoga. It's a great workout and FUN!! I started taking my first class back in the summer of '09 and it just developed from there. I've never taken any formal dance or gymnastics training either, so I literally started from scratch. I think the key is to have fun!!

@MsMarcha20 The pole really depends on your ceiling and what you are looking for. If you are needing something that goes up and down quickly...I would recommend the Lil Mynx poles. If you don't mind the pole staying up...I would recommend the Xpole. I know these can be pricey, but it's very important to find a secure safe pole to start out with. I would hate for anyone to be injured from a faulty pole!! Let me know if you have any questions!! XOXOX

ive watched alot of videos on pole dancing, sort of to brush up on it. getting married and kids drops you from the loop. being a retired stripper of the 80's where stripping was quite different, i wanted to bring back a little of how it was then with how it is now. anyway, u by far have the sexiest moves of any other dancer on the net in my opinion.

With all due respect , if this were in a club as is I would have dropped 300 on this performance in a club atmosphere.... good lord.... excellent performance and song choice never hear this tune but u rocked it.

I had only seen pole dancing in a T&A bars before. And I must you are like a ballet dancer with a pole, Such grace, pose and you preform so fluently. A delightful seduction of a performance. I have watched several of you vids, and you are absolutely delightful!.
