  • Oh good old Grim Fandango! The soundtrack to this incredible game is so catchy to say the least! The memories..

And thank you for delivering quality as usual Garudoh! Been going from the very first in the series to here now, it's been my daily background sound :)

  • That's always cool to read. Glad you're enjoying the series.

  • The story is just breathtaking, too bad they don't make the games like this anymore :(((((((((( BEST GAME EVER, better than most movies even...

  • I've replaced my PC 5 times since 1997, and they all have one thing in common; Grim Fandango installed in them.

  • It's CRIMINAL that you can't buy a digital copy of this game anywhere.

  • I played this when it came out and it's still one of the most memorable games to me.

  • @drleinad *Cough* VirtualBox and DosBox *Cough*!

  • @drleinad

Actually... I run it on my windows 7 rig all the time. Wasn't easy though, but trust me, it was totally worth it.

Just make sure the game's all patched up (you find this on pretty much EVERY fan site) and find yourself a good processor speed reducing program. 'Cpu killer' works wonders for me. Wouldn't be able to play a good chunk of my games library without it. Also, you'll need to lower hardware acceleration.

You could also try running it under dif compatibility settings.

  • @drleinad I have GF running fine on both my win 7 64 computers.

  • nowadays they don't care about a good story...this is the perfect example of a game with any violence that is PERFECT

  • 0I HATE WINDOWS 7, I CAN'T PLAY GRIM FANDANGO ON IT!
