However, only fauna have consciousness. But humans have something else yet. This must be true because only humans have freewill. The only reason why mankind doesn't attribute guilt to animals, no matter what they may do, is because they behave from program. However, the existence of "freewill" is made possible only by possessing the ability to discern between right & wrong. Without the available option of "wrong", freewill becomes non existent

The very concept of freewill is known to man only because of God's existence. Thus, freewill, in itself, is proof of God's existence. Under the view of "naturalistic causes", there should exist absolutely no reason why man would ponder even the concept of freewill. By definition, "freewill" implies freedom from something. That something must necessarily be a consciousness, of which, those possessing freewill are free from, what would otherwise be, its will imposed.

Finally, freewill is necessarily existent because any Atheist claiming otherwise, is merely one who proves freewill's existence by his very Atheism. Yet, ironically, & illogically, his Atheism implies that his undeniably existent freewill is freedom from nothing existent
Your argument is inevitably that of a "Dualist" in opposition to the "Monist" argument. Congratulations, you're on the winning side... although cheated
If scientists collected all the elements that physically comprise a Trout & if they could develop a process which would blend the elements, causing them to form a anatomically correct Trout, it would result in simply a dead Trout. Science knows not what is "life"
This is consistent with part of your view. However, I disagree with the part of your view claiming that "life-matter-in" grants all living beings freewill. This is where things get tricky. All oganisms, fauna & flora alike, have life

@Chuichupachichi: “All oganisms, fauna & flora alike, have life” Agreed. In my book, I state “… although other species don’t seem to intellectualize as humans do, they still have some sort of an equivalent of freewill. After all, although trees don’t have a brain per se, they undoubtedly have a counterpart for it. Freewill or its equivalent, I assert, is what causes all living beings to be unpredictable from one moment to the next.” We seem to think alike ... quite refreshing.

Very interesting, where does life matter come from? Can a body function without Life matter? Where does the life matter go when the body no longer function? Can it be reincarnated in another body. Is Life matter a source of energy? Can we control the life matter thru meditation and maybe move our life matter out of our body back into LTS?

@Kodiva007 Life-matter (LM) is LTS-related. So, LM comes from LTS. A body becomes dead when LM leaves the body and enters LTS. I am not certain about re-incarnation, though my views (e.g. all LM is identical) do not contradict it. Energy is a time-space (t-s) notion. So, no, LM is not energy. LM is already in LTS (versus in t-s universe/brain). I think we can control LM-in, but not LM-out, thru meditation. Once LM-in becomes LM-out, there’s no turning back. Now you know the real scoop – ha!
