  • May I ask, i have this similar setup for betta. how often do u clean the aquarium? my aquarium is full of shits within a weeks...

    yours kinda clean...

  • @mansengkwan 25% change two times a week.

  • @tekstyle373 That is how I keep the plants looking good! only gravel vac once a week, the other is just a quick water change. dip the bucket in, fill it, empty it, treat fresh water, add.

  • Very nice aquascape! Zeus looks very active and happy.

  • Thanks. The baby tears did not do well. I have redone the aquascaping and all the new plants are thriving. I have a video of it up as well as my other CT's tank

  • nice setup, yours is one of the nicest 5gal setups i've seen, where did you get the dwarf baby tears at a local shop or online?

  • Thanks, I got them at a local shop. they did not fair well though. the girl manhandled them getting the out of the tank and as I expected they did not last long do to it. i have replaced them with a moss ball.

  • @tekstyle373 seriously 25% twice a week? i do like 40% every month...

  • Great tank! I'm so glad to see you are one of the few who understand that betta fish need SPACE in order to thrive! You could do with a few more plants though. They prefer lots of hiding spaces and plants to swim around.

  • u breeding?

  • Looks just like my betta. =]

  • lucky fish

  • very nice tank with a gorgeous healthy fighter. there always much happier in tanks as i have 2 of them both in big tanks :)
