  • Hey! I really admire your work! I really am starting to train hard with some stationary muscle isolation. Would it be possible for you to make a video showing you simply hanging with your hands gripping the wide pull up bar for as long as you can(having added weight hanging from your waist like in this video would be an awesome plus so i can really see your muscle distribution technique). If you could that it would be great!!!
