jesus to be saved.they all say mary is the mediatrix of all graces an that she was assumed into heaven with almost godlike status.but there are many true catholics who just believe in jesus as the only way to god.an the bible decalres that.thats why the protestans(protest) broke away an i did as well.furthermore there are many other faults in the catholic church as well..the cult of

I have found interesting that many people who converted TO the Catholic church were those in search of truth and found all the biblical support for the Catholic church IN the bible. My question is: Where in the bible does it state the the bible alone is the source of all truth? I'll never get that one. Thank you for being such a great food soldier, Steve!

Thank you. True is a good one (descriptive word), for believing truly does show the "operative". I did not mean to offend by focusing on that particular word, but so often it is used to attack the failing Christian.
Sincerely love in Christ.

'True’ is my personal choice of adjective to describe this faith. Perhaps the more apt one is ‘operative’.
Thank You for your blessing. The Merciful God grace you always.

I am done with this converse now, as it seems to have gotten off topic to some degree. I do feel it is God's design that others know the truth about Him, often that truth comes through broken vessels. For in their weakness, His strength is shown.
May you find peace on your path and know sincerely that God loves you.

Ahh, but often TRUE FAITH is a process. The Apostles who walked and lived with Jesus daily during His ministry grew in faith after many failings. As mentioned before, even Saint Peter denied Christ, but it was Peter's remorse at having done so that lead him, Peter, to grow in faith. If all had TRUE FAITH from the very beginning, there would be no need for the other Sacraments like Reconciliation. Jesus knew we would often fail. He is just and merciful.

“…one is blessed is when they hear with the heart, more than the ears.”
How very true. Our Lady’s words here precisely teach us how to respond with our hearts just the way she did---which is the perfect response of TRUE FAITH i.e. by practicing this faith through action, in complete abandonment to God’s designs.

@832existentialiste Very profound statement. At the Wedding Feast of Cana, the disciples were also present. Quite likely Saint Peter "heard the words" uttered by Mary to do all that Jesus told them to do. And yet, when Jesus was imprisoned, St. Peter denied knowing Jesus, not once, but thrice. Still, it was St. Peter who was given the keys of the Kingdom. Perhaps, when one is blessed is when they hear with the heart, more than the ears.
mary was an ordinary human being.she sinned cause she herself said she needed a savoir.yes she was speacial no doubt, very young an devout.the bible says there is NONE righteous no not one.there is no name under heaven besides jesus that we must be saved, its plain an clear.

@MrBeefreetwo Mary said she needed a Saviour, not a Redeemer...there is a difference. She needed a Saviour to be the mother of Jesus. A Saviour to save us from our sins, not a Redeemer to "buy back" or pay for our sins....There is a difference. Mary did not need a Redeemer, because she was saved from the stain of the original sin through Jesus, to be the Covenant of the Saviour, Jesus.

dont forger satan is crafty an if he can get catholics or anyone to worship an follow mary then he has many victories.JESUS alone is the savior.there is no other way.the bible declares.there is no other NAME by which we are saved.JESUS CHRIST.mary was a sinner.how am i so sure.ok,what did mary say to the angel.be it done unto me,MY LORD AN MY SAVIOR.so she too need a savior.its real clear.

@MrBeefreetwo since we don't worship Mary, your comment is without knowledge of what the truth is....The truth is we don't worship Mary, and that your interpretations of the bible are not ours. If you have a question, just ask.
