Zombie Driver - Impulse Game

Zombie Driver is another cheap little game I decided to try when I seen it on Impulse for $6. http://www.impulsedriven.com/

It reminds me a lot of the original Grand Theft Auto... y'know, the old one for PC! The 'real' GTA. The only difference between this game and that, is the fact that the maps are much smaller, probably about 1/10th of the size IIRC, and you cannot get out of your car... uhh... oh, and yea, THE ZOMBIES!!!!

Heh, I have to say, I've been playing this on a USB XBox 360 controller and have been having some fun. It is a rather simple 3rd person driving type game, but y'know what, I have games for $50-$60 which have not been played even nearly as much...

So I'm showing you all a quick lil' recording of my failure on the 3rd storyline mission (I do believe it is the 3rd... could be 2nd or 4th tho). Not really trying to accomplish the goal, or pickup power-ups or anything like that... just doing what the game is kinda about... driving around and mowing down zombies.

Progressing thru the storyline, you gain cash, and unlock new vehicles and maps. With the gained money, you can buy new weapons and upgrade your vehicle to be the ultimate zombie smasher (or nuker)!!

The game also has what they call a 'Slaughter Mode' where you just select an area and vehicle, jump right in and see how many waves you can last for! Again, really simple, but has been really addictive and fun!
