This book is based on over 16 years of research on how athletes achieve Peak performance in sports. Any athlete can achieve Peak Performance without those long years of training going through all those problems and frustrations experienced in sports.
The purpose of this book isnt to convince you of anything but to let you know of the latest discoveries that might help athletes achieve peak performance in their sport.
The reason I researched how peak performance was achieved is because of my own Problems Frustrations and Concerns I experienced in karate and desperately wanted to solve.
My focus wasnt to ever divulge my findings because I just wanted these tools to help me in my sport. But the more I researched peak performance, the more I discovered that millions of other athletes around the world were experiencing the same problems as me.
So my selfishness turned into wanting to help other athletes because I know how it feels to be stuck not knowing what to do next while experiencing a training or performance slump etc
The principles in this book will work for any sport.
It doesnt matter if youre a beginner intermediate advance elite or professional athlete you will encounter some of even all of the problems, frustrations and concerns in this book guaranteed. The only difference is knowing what to do to eliminate them from your sport forever.
Also is doesnt matter if youre 6 or 65 years of age
These discoveries must be made public so athletes can start to benefit from them immediately, in their sport, so they can achieve and maintain peak performance level.
