Good job for dabbling in this stuff! Have the passenger of a car in front of you alternate between filming the speedometer of the car and looking back at you. I think this is a good perspective. OR have another cyclist on a regular bike film it! If you can burn him on takeoff and top speed, then you've got a great ebike vid.

What kind of camera are you using? Maybe you should invest $20 in a tripod and set the camera a bit up the road and then record yourself driving up the hill. OR get someone to film you driving the bike. This bike seems pretty cool.
