Dual-self insertion of a nasal pharngeal airway. (no betting had actually taken place). And for those of you that don't know an NPA is used in a majority of combat casualties to help keep an air way open incase the casualty becomes unconscious. The NPA is lubricated and then inserted into the nasal pharyanx through the nares and ends in the back of the throat.
