Beautiful Rock...and lovely soothing sounds :) May I ask, whats a good healing rock for the likes of me, whilst sitting at the computer? I find I'm not one to last around radiation (computer), hence find myself draining of energy, if that's what it is?

sorry to open up a dead comment. touching your tongue to the roof of your mouth also helps align your flow of qi, as well as keeping it away from your teeth and to stop fidgeting with it to concentrate.
