Tyler M. performing Dr.Mike Marshalls football motor skill training element on a torque day where he throws the pronated curve and Torque fastball after his wrist weight, Iron ball and bucket twirl elements. He is in his 11 day of the 120 day High school interval training program. We have intentionally taken out the step to start the program so to backwards chain the motion from its most basic element and at this point will put in the step.
