And with depression I usually isolate which really does alot of damage instead of good. I still havent figured out how to deal with it very well. But I do know that when it gets way too much I will force myself to go places and be around people.
Talking and being around the people that I love works alot and my online support group is the best support group ever! These are some of the ways I deal with these issues. Hopefully we can get more responses out of this one :)

Identifying these things can make it much easier to deal with before it gets any worse. I try and stay away from alcohol when I am manic, it tends to make the mania much worse. And I try not to over do things such as exercise and everyday task. I try and keep things as simple as possible.
