Japanese investigators say they're treating Monday's deadly crash as possible criminal negligence. So far 81 people are known to have died where a train derailed near Osaka. One rescuer said a number of bodies remain in the wreckage but they do not expect to find any more survivors. Investigators say the train's speed and a possible obstruction on the tracks could be to blame.
