Q&A after press conference on Sept. 12th, 2011: A coalition of candidates for Baltimore City's second highest office of City Council President unites to protest a "wired" city election, in which Mayoral candidates were given 15 public debates, many of which were televised, and there were zero debates scheduled for the office of City Council President. Present at the Press Conference were candidates Tom Kiefaber, Armand Girard, Leon W. Hector, Sr., and Renold B. Smith. Candidates Charles U. Smith and David Anthony Wiggins were also in support of the coalition, but due to last minute scheduling, could not attend the press conference.
