An obvious forgery. Probably used to pull in and track "Bobbies". Using advanced audio/visual techniques, it has been determined that the recorded "voice" of "Bob" emanates from an obese, sedentary, mouth breathing male with untrimmed facial hair. Hardly "Bob".
