I listened as my best friend droned on and on of every detail of her and her boyfriend, Joe. This happened after every time she and him did something together. I got through with just a nod and an occasional "mhm."
She finally stopped when her phone rang.
"It's him!" she squealed. I laughed a little as she answered her phone and hopped out of the room.
I sighed and lied back on my bed and listend to her giggle and phone-flirt with Joe! when she came back in she sat down beside me with a huge grin on her face "I know that grin Sam! What do you want me to do now?" I said with a worried look on my face.
"Oh nothing, i just wanted to know if my best friend would come with me and my boyfriend to town tomorrow for a couple of hours thats all" Sam said with the same tone in her voice that makes me feel like a total jerk if i say no!
"What?" "Don't we have school tomorrow? How are we going to get our parents to agree with that? How are we getting there? Sam!" I ask alot of questions!
"Relax! Tomorrow's a fun day at school! and who sais our parents will know that were gone to town! and Joe does have his license you know and that thing with four wheels in his driveway is a car!"Sam said as if she were talking to a toddler!
"Well, i guess so! yeah no one has to know! okay, yeah, sure, i'm in!" I said as i tried to find myself! Because the person that was talking right now certanley wasn't me! I Would never do anything like that, and i never thought that Sam would either, i guess i was wrong!
"Great!" Sam had a smile on her face that not even a hammer could remove!
