Apartment Building with three 2 bed/1 bath apartments

Brick apartment building I designed in SHA...I decided to do a design of a building that could very well be pre-existing, having gone through various tenants and renovations, the first floor apartment is mostly original, perhaps the tenant here has lived there for a while, the second floor apartment has been heavily remodeled with a completely new floorplan, in the past it would have looked like the first floor one, and the 3rd floor maintains it's original layout but it's been cleaned up a bit, perhaps for new tenants or such, it has new carpeting and blinds, likely having had blue ones like the first floor apartment has.
