I have a question about the "3D" Swing Multi Angle feature on both the WX5 and TX9. Are you able to hook the camera up to a regular HDTV (w/o 3D glasses) and get the same "3D" effect you get by rocking the camera back and forth on the camera touch screen? More simply put, can I get the 3D Swing Multi Angle feature when hooked up to a normal HDTV? Thanks for your time and the great review!

@majickego Yes you can see the 3D without the glasses by moving the camera, but the effect is not as good because it is meant to be seen on the camera (since the camera is being tilted and the point of view is different.) If you do it on the TV, it looks pretty crappy for some reason. It probably looks cool with 3D glasses, but I haven't gotten a chance to try it yet.

You said this video is recorded with the tx9, it is so clear.

im going to get this one, before i do, when you zoom in and out, can you hear it when you play back video on the tx9?

which one would you buy, the wx5 or tx9?

@dipzyv I like the TX9 better because I like the bigger screen, the way it feels, the touch-screen, the audio recording sounds better, the pictures seem a tad crisper and the zoom is silent.

awesome, i love this camera, except for the import movie results, it's always very blurry.

I use motion tracking so it's really important.

hey guys, was considering between lx5 and sony wx5? which model do u think is better? i mean both has pros & cons. lx5 caters to more enthusiasts n interested camera lovers. but sony wx5 has better video reso, higher MP, 3d mode, higher zoom and higher burst mode but lacks aperture & shutter priority which i think caters more to those "point n shoot" people. still, i would love to get opinions. thanks!
