Doing a 30 day log of con-cret ultra concentrated creatine. 10 days ago i couldn't lift this much, thanks to con-cret im lifting weights like is nothing.

  • You need to sit down lower at the start of your lift. You pretty much did a stiff legged deadlift. Your legs barely did any work and your pack pulled it all up! You could easily put 50lbs on your lift if you fixed this man.
