Thank you for this video. I went looking for the Noggin one that Laurie made and came across this one instead. It was exactly what I was feeling today. My 7 year old has autism and has been having some frustration issues lately. It hasn't been easy, but we're working on figuring it out. We were listening to a Laurie CD in the car today when this song came on and it just made me smile. Just as it makes you smile I'm sure.

OMG! I have twin boys that were recently diagnosed with autism. And this video made me cry hysterical. We love Laurie Berkner and just seeing your son and hearing this song just hit me like a ton of bricks. I love all of your videos of Kevin. You have a beautiful family.

cabster, I believe you. The "system" tries to make each child a conformist, a robot. Easier to rule and control. Pharma's have drugs to sell. 20 yrs ago, the "experts" wanted my "busy" daugther on Ritalin. An opiate. I refused. Yes, she was "busy." But it just meant she needed more direction and activities. She graduates biology maj. chem minor this month, Magna cum laude. Never would have happened had she been drugged into conformity and oblivion.

No one's perfect. How dare you do this to your child! You should be ashamed of yourself. I was supposed to be diagnosed with autism when I was younger. You know why? I was thought of as being in my own little world, by authority who saw a beautiful face, and a different mind. I am so glad my mother never let them diagnose me that way. I was in and out of foster care. I had a peculiar child hood without a father. I am different like every single human being on this planet. I am not autistic!
