    Looks like a great recipe, I'll have to try it now for sure! I was also wondering, if I don't drink it all in one morning, can it be refrigerated for a day or two?

  • awesome! i allways make smoothies but not with coconut milk or honey. i try to do blackberrys but they r so excpensive

  • @sofia1011000 yes blackberries would be better. I no longer use honey or anything out of a can!

  • this lasts untill lunch right? what dou eat at lunch and dinner?

  • @rcarter105 At the moment I am living on liquids and only drinking juice. Otherwise i would eat mega salads and more smoothies.
