Me and my brother Cody playing my piano version of Free Bird by Lynyrd Skynyrd at our piano recital. I'm playing the left piano and my brother is on the right one. This is my own arrangement that I made by ear listening to the live version of the song so it might not be exactly right, but i know it's close. Please rate and comment. We want/need the feedback.

R.I.P Ronnie Van Zant, Allen Collins, Leon Wilkeson, Steve Gaines, Cassie Gaines, Dean Kilpatrick, and Billy Powell

  • That was so amazing. I really liked it. Y'all got some serious talent there.

  • @southernman517 Thanks man. It took me a while to put together an arrangement that actually sounded like the song so I'm glad it sounds good. I'm really into piano but my brother's a guitarist at heart. We're actually making a CD this summer and we're gonna put a Free Bird cover on it. I'll put the tracks on youtube so you can hear it.

  • @rolesvill so youre calling Billy Powell a puss for playing his heart out?

  • what kinda peeany is that haha.

too soft, too pussy. southern boys kick ass.

  • I heard the whispering....shhhhhhh

  • @leps1997

Most people lose sight of their dreams as they age, so its nice to hear that you've still got the drive that so many people lose or never had to begin with. I'll hit 42 in a few years, I'll make a note (har har) to take up piano when I do.

  • Tempo was a little fast, but it sounded just like One More From the Road. Awesome.

  • You guys are better than good. I'm 44 yrs old and I started playing piano 2 yrs ago, if I'm every this good, it would be something.

  • Is it possible to have your arrangement ? It's the best cover I've ever heard !
