Fallout 3 Death Glitch

A somewhat annoying glitch that happened when I loaded my save file in Fallout 3. I know it's off-screen but the quality is still pretty good (by uploading this video, I'm actually testing something).

And before you say it.... Yeah, I know, it's not really a glitch, but what other title could I use for this to get a decent amount of views? :-p

dude my only manual save was back when i got out of the vault and a very similar situation has happened with me......i was almost done with level 3..... :(
