This is a video containing the 1st half of a conference call with Judge Murphy Miller, the new judge assigned to this case, and the new attorney, Kendrick K. McWilliams. This attorney is using a bunch of technical legal jargon and outright dishonesty to defend the evil actions of the former Detective Preston Peavy, who attempted to ignore, alter, or tamper with virtually every piece of exculpatory evidence in his back to back attempts to frame an innocent man by manufacturing his guilt. In fact this extremely demented officer attempted to convict the victim of violent crimes by ignoring, altering, and committing Misdemeanor and Felony Tampering with Evidence in wicked evil attempts to turn the victim into the perpetrator.
