The crew routinely trains for emergencies such as that. Depending on the severity of the leak and amount of time available, they would close the hatches between the modules and evacuate to the safety of their Soyuz spacecraft.

Tell us how the space station works, the process of adding a new wing if a new one was needed or a country wanted to get involved. What about food and sleeping patterns? What are some of the safety features, what about passing time when bored or just lots of random stuff.

I believe they actually scrub the O2 out of CO2. It's fairly complicated, but they can do quite a bit up there, including purify and reuse waste water found in urine and collected from the air.
