No not necesessarily. Basically you have to Normal summon the monster to gain its effect. So if you've special summoned the monster to the field once, and havent used your normal summon for the turn. You can normal summon it again to have it treated as an effect monster.

You equip Ekibyo Drakmord to your opponents monsters =P It's an old school play you'd know nothing about =P Haha kids these days =P

Also you sound sick dude. Also gimmie your Supervise and Hidden Armory =P Neos Beatdown here I come =P

In the Japanese version of Warrior strike you also get Exodius The Ultimate Forbidden Lord

Yup! Which makes them really effective!

Correct me if I'm wrong but a deck like this is pretty much bound to spamming warrior after warrior so I think it could really benefit from something like United We Stand.

Not to mention Starlight Road is also a pretty neat counter measure for things like Raigeki and such.

@manuelusilva3 The way I understand it and I hope its right is that you normal summon the gemini and then you have to 're-summon' it (so summon it again even though its already on the field) to activate their effects but it still counts to the 1 normal summon limit so you need to wait for your next turn to activate the effect or use a card that lets you normal summon more then once per turn. Hope that helps and hope thats about right.
