    More or less we (germans) and the austrians are one cultural cricle. There was the idea of the big german solution before 1.WW.

    Australia, canada and england for example are all part of the commonwealth. Americans don't even have english as there official language, so of course there is a difference, but Austria and Germany are two nations with in some parts quite similar culture, I mean if we say bavaria is german, then Austria could be too. :B
