  • You know, At no time did anyone mention that this turkey of a Spagetti Sci-Fi Western, Had another title, " The Adventures of Stella Star. "

  • the wheel will always be round

  • 0:06

Lady's and gentlemen, the effects budget has just hit negative $.

  • @frasierfreak92 i can't thank you enough i'll keep in touch if i have any further questions if that's ok with you

  • @gojirafan430 It's basically the same, although it might be easier if you add a disclaimer at the end saying "The original producers of .... had no involvement with the production of this parody. .... is copyright of ...."

A lot of films do this, and it's all covered under copyright law.

  • @frasierfreak92 i see thank you however we are parodying not just clips but the whole movie (pretty much what these guys are doing)

  • @gojirafan430 A landmark case was where a woman had millions of views on a video of her baby dancing, but it had Prince playing in the background. The record company took her to court, but she won, with lots of compensation. Your clips would probably fall under "fair use" which means that you're allowed to use clips, for the purposes of parody or commentary. Hope that helped.

  • @frasierfreak92 thank you one more question has anyone ever been sued for putting cipyrighted material on youtube? i know the video gets taken down and sometimes the accouynt gets closed, but has anyone ever had to have been legally punished?

  • @gojirafan430 I bought the rights to a very obscure film a while ago, it cost me about £1000 - that's only for Broadcast license - so if I wanted to sell it on DVD, I'd have to pay for a reproduction license, and I have no idea how much they cost.

  • @frasierfreak92 how much do the rights cost for those terrible movies you would see on the blockbuster shelf

EXAMPLES: attack of the sabretooth, mega shark vs. giant octopus, etc.
