In short i'm swedish and on a 100mbit line so i'm almost always the host and since iw is so cheap it's my server that follow my commands, it's only "dedicated" in spirit. :3

In short join a game become host, change the time, health, gravity, infinity ammo, exp you name it and it will pretty much be your own server. IWnet will still send unsuspecting people to their doom in this hellfire.
