  • Hi and Hello, Halunlimited,

perhaps I can get a such a soul-instrument, an fx 8, in some days; could you be so good, and tell me, what kind of box is there on the left side? What is the exakt name and number and brand of this "cell", this fortifies your scale of styles? One can find it in the net, I suppose?

  • @i1forGodisvisible Hi. Thank you listening. The box on the left of the keyboard is an old Yamaha QY100 Music Sequencer. I sometimes use it as a rhythm box. It was discontinued this year and you may be able to get it used on eBay. However, I think it would be better to save your money and buy the Yamaha DGX 640 which is an excellent keyboard. The DGX has many good rhythm patterns already built inside it so you will not need the QY100. The DGX sounds are very good quality. Good luck.

  • @Halunlimited, Hi musician, thank you for the info; I just looked on an "old" fx8, all the keys had a noice "bluup" when pressing, and "blaap", when they came up... Another said, that it could be one of the first products.

This vid of you has one of the highest places in one of my blog sides; think this "elan vital" (Bergson) is one of the best wave-actions, on the horizon of keyboards, for learners. Now perhaps a Yam MO8 - 88 keys is on my sightseeing plan, perhaps in 3 days... Lucky Christmas

  • @i1forGodisvisible I think the Roland Fantom X8 is one of the best keyboards ever made. If you are considering the M088, you might also look at the older Yammy S90XS because it has 128 polyphony and the MO88 only has 64. I have to have 128 polyphony because I often layer many sounds (different instrument sounds) on top of another for a very full sound.

  • Thank you.

  • very nice :)

  • @RuntLaLaLa Thanks much.
