Yeah, it doesn't work all the time though. If it did, I would've used it sooner. Sometimes it grabs her, but her programming just makes some unmoving sprite take it's place instead. I was actually surprised when I pulled it off and it hit.

Eh, I don't recommend reading too much into an overpowered, recolored character. It's just there for decoration, I think.

Kula is a King Of Fighters character introduced in KoF 2000. She's an "Anti-Kyo clone" given ice powers to combat K' and the Zero Clone, I think. She can't really remember anything before NESTS got a hold of her and experimented on her.

I think my information is right. I haven't really checked on any KoF lore in a while.

neo is easy with akuma all u have to do is keep adding combos thats how i beat her i time stop and let out as many as i can and she dies afterwords its true though she aint hard its only tough when she uses her one hit moves that wat gets u =P

i actually think all of d souped up char. r kinda kool, sorta like dragonball, if ur power level is up 2 par, den stay at home...cause me personaly, my 1st time downloading rare akuma, i was in total aww, and when he did dat grab, and d song "y can't we b friends" came on and he did a 999 hit combo, and den stomped on me, den d sound clip, "look at the size of those footprints" played, i fell out of my chair laughing at dat shyt...keep up d good work guys!!!! shyt like dat is priceless...
