  • I have made tool to cut valves. It needs hardening and plunger to extract valve with supporting it. Otherways cut will bend and is useless.

  • cool engine. Any more progress?

I have make tool to make valves to both brauner and OS jet II. However not yet tested new valves.

  • Your fuel tank is too low -- causing the engine to be too lean. These engines don't have much fuel-suction so raise the tank so that the fuel level is no more than 20mm lower than the fuel jets in the engine.

  • Tank is same level than engine. However, fuel line may be too long (1meter or 3 feet 3 inch) and cause too much drag to fuelline and make engine lean.
