Mock-up and final assembly of the Corian panels for the Shape to Fabrication workshop

After producing the developable strips out of the double curved freeform NURBS surface, the production geometry was sent to experienced Corian processor Cutting Edge. Cutting Edge produced the forming moulds and the Corian panels were thermo-formed on a big vacuum table.
Software-wise we used Rhino, EvoluteTools + RhinoScript.
