Well, nice attempt, but you've made a couple of major mistakes in your analysis:

1) The putative 'war' is not the people vs. the govt. It is the people vs. a plutocratic govt. (govt managed by the wealthy). So, contrary to what you say, Mastercard and Amazon and the like are NOT innocent bystanders, nor is Pfizer in Nigeria nor any of the other multinationals. So your point about that is moot.

2) Hackers acting creatively will ALWAYS be one step ahead of big bureacracies.

Julian Assange's attorney consistently stated they had informed the police where he was.

They said he was only hiding from the media and the authority's knew where he was at all time.

And he also turned himself in.
