Sorry to mislead, you are right. This is a 2002 Willie and Friends concert at the Ryman in Nashville. I have seen both as bootlegs, and confused them. Still, I think it makes sense for Ryan Adams to be part of this, if you recognize the Parsons influence on the song and on alternative country today. Perhaps Hank makes less sense, as his influences are more Bakersfield/punk/classic country, but I think he fits. (And Hillman and Harris missing from the Sin CIty Concert was just wrong.)

I was at the Return to Sin City concert. Keith Richards was there, the other guys were NOT. This is from something else.

It is from a tribute concert for Gram Parsons (called Return to Sin City)... makes perfect sense for Ryan Adams to be there. What does NOT make sense was that Emmylou and Chris Hillman were not there. It was organized by Parson's daughter, so maybe some tensions there.
