Most Elvis fans already know this; but if you look at 0:55 of the vid, there between the two blondes... the guy (back to the camera) snapping his fingers to the music is Jackie Wilson.
Since Elvis was to imitate Jackie's dance moves on stage, they invited Jackie to the shoot.
I love the end, Elvis steps off the stage and gives a polite nod of respect and gratitude to Mr. Wilson.
