as far as i know a big part of the M2 has been renewed within these noisy blue metros. the new ones are very silent in comparison to the older, especially the brakes!
soviel ich weiß wurde ein großer teil der M2 restauriert, inklusive der darauf fahrenden waggons. die neuen sind im vergleich zu den älteren viel leiser, insbesondere die bremsen

They sound quiet on this video, but these 30-40 years old USSR metro vehicles can make very big noise in real. I go to work every day with them, and hear the noise even if I'm listening to Nightwish at full volume on my MP3 player :)
