@pacman2575 You will need to upgrade your current version of the software. There are three versions of the software: HD, Ultimate and Ultimate collection. The logo appears if you do not have the rights to those effects.

@BeLikeThor To get rid of the logo you will have to upgrade your current version of Pinnacle Studio. There are three versions and each one has more and more effects. The effects you are using are not included in the version of software you purchased.

@XDsofunnehXD I am assuming that you want to do a pitch change on the audio...correct? If yes, then add the speed change to clip and you will see a box that says: Hold Pitch. If you uncheck this box, the pitch will not be held on the audio.

@iFutBuckCampers There are three versions of the software: HD, Ultimate and Ultimate Collection...each level has certain effects...HD being the smallest amount and Ultimate Collection being the largest amount. If the Logo appears then you do not have the rights to that effect, you can always upgrade to the highest version to get those effects.

@BubbleFuzzle Unfortunately you do not own the effects that have the Pinnacle logo on it. There are three levels of Pinnacle Studio and based on which version you have dictates which effects you can use. If you need any of those effects then you can upgrade your current version to the highest version. I hope that this helps.

@JuuriiHebi I am not sure off hand if that effect exists or not in Pinnacle Studio but it is really easy to create that effect. All you need to do is create a white still frame...you can do that in the title program...then put the clip at the end of the video clip and now add the dissolve between the two clips. You will now dissolve from your video to a white still. You can adjust the speed of this by adjusting your fade.

@Rtruth1992 The word Pinnacle shows up because those effects have not been purchased by you with the version of the software you own. There are three different versions of Pinnacle Studio: HD, Ultimate and Ultimate Collection. The number of effects available goes up in that order per version. You can always upgrade your current version to the highest level in order to get all of the effects.

@pattoetie Do you know what version of Pinnacle Studio 15 you got for Christmas? There are three versions: HD, Ultimate and Ultimate Collection. The Ultimate Collection is the highest version and it has the largest amout of video effects. If you only have the HD version then you will not have all of the effects. I hope that this helps.
