Crappy quality, something happened under post-processing. But eff that.
This is funny and effective, this also works on anything up to and including Giants.
It stuns Dragons and interrupts them.

@ the ones that have asked. You get the third word as a part of the training when you follow the main questline in High Hrothgar. Just follow the questline and you will get it eventually. It's in the relative start.

I did the quest and the training for the last word but wen I use the shout sometimes it will only do the word sometimes two and sometimes all of em is there a way to do it that makes it consistent??
