I prefer this version of the song (with the "wish upon a star" twinkling instrumental thing they had going on in the last minute, like a lullaby), has it been released in anyway?

Check out 65daysofstatic (more electronic), Explosions In The Sky (atmospheric), Red Sparowes (heavier, great basslines), The Pax Cecilia (string/piano-driven) etc. I also agree about the Slint comment.

mogwai is not the first in the post-rock genre. Look up Slint.

i love this band. i havent met a person who likes this type of music. mogwai was the first in this so called post-rock genre. recently i becama a huge fan of GYBE and maybeshewill.both are great but mogwai is the BEST!
