To clear up about the church: It used to be the Augustinian abbey and now is a museum. It never was a cathedral. The Cathedral of Toulouse is a different building entirely, unmistakable for its incredibly disjointed choir vs. the nave. BTW, the finest organ in Toulouse is in yet another church, the C-C in the St. Sernin Basilica.

Fisk are very definitely romantic... and Reiger are just plain rubbish. I've heard a fair few of them and they've all been horrifically bland in tone.
