    One of the methods shown is to use the link on lavote.net, but there is no such link there. You have to go to lavote.net/VOTER_ELECTIONS/ to find the link.

    Vote-by-mail voters are allowed to turn in their ballot at any polling place, but there does not seem to be any list of polling places. It should be possible to not just look up you own polling place but to look for polling places near you.
