1995年5月14日、ダライ・ラマは、パンチェン・ラマ11世（ニマ少年6歳）発見を布告した。転生霊童と認定された本物のパンチェン・ラマ11世は、すぐさま中共当局­によって家族ごと拉致され、現在も消息が分かっていない。誘拐されたニマ少年は、世界最小の"政治犯"と呼ばれる。中共もまた北朝鮮と同様の拉致国家だ。
