  • @smlndolphn :)

  • You are so very lovely.

  • @annaeidson thank you!

  • Hi Mimi

I noticed you use the cuisnart ice cream maker. Do you think that's the best one to get on a limited budget?

  • @angelbe88 I actually have a Krups, but the Cuisinart is really good too. I think they run about $50. Click on shop at my website, youngonrawfood , for the cuisinart model.

  • I am having a real hard time finding sunflower or vegetable lecithin. Where can I buy this where I won't have to pay more for shipping than I do for the product? Thanks.

  • this looks so yummy! can't wait to try it! do you have a video that explains the coconut cream you made? you mention both almonds and coconut meat but I'm not sure how to make it. thanks!

  • @EatRawGreens

Commercial lecithin, as used by food manufacturers is obtained by degumming the extracted oil of the seeds. A major source of lecithin is soybean oil. Because of the EU-requirement to declare additions of allergens in foods, in addition to regulations regarding genetically modified crops, a gradual shift to other sources of lecithin (e.g., sunflower oil) is taking place.

  • OH sooooo yummy and AWESOME!!!!
