you do have to take a stand! go you!!

    *super squashy hug*

  • *hugs back* :)

  • You are a beautiful person, and we your You Tube friends, I am sure, would love to give you a big hug.

Your statement needs to be heard. Expecially by others who are victims. So could I suggest you add to your tag words, eg bullying, harrassment, unfair treatment, workplace, co-workers, gossip, slander, nasty, etc ... this will help others find your video.

  • Thanks for the support. I'll be adding the tags you suggested. I didn't really think people would look for something like this but I would like to help people who are in similar situations. :)

  • the hiring at will policy is the root of the problem.

  • This advice is for everyone. We need to be intelligent to know our rights. Managers know who is who. Be productive, respectful and there for others. Be smarter. Don't allow nothing to affect U. That is what they want. Once the tree is down, they'll cut U in pieces. if you allow situations to get stock in your head. Everything else will be affected. Don't preocupied, better ocupied to find sources to correct the matter. Be brave. Stop situations at the moment so they can't get in big problems.

  • I had the same problem 2 years ago. I'm good some said I'm pure "sunshine" at work...Until some of them found my "darkside..." verbally discrimination because of my ethnicity. My Sup. didn't agree to have a meeting, Ok. I didn't argue. I went to HR. Because they know the kind of person that I am. They called them 1 by one....Results. They're no longer in the Company and I have already 4 years hanging there. "SWEETNESS DOESN'T MEAN WEAKNESS..."

  • @DragonX7777 Im glad I got hired in University in dining hall cafeteria , I was greatful that I got hired there.

  • They discriminate me from hiring because I am a high school student, and also not to mention that I have learning disability.

I still hate arrogant smart alec people because they are always rude, and snobby to me. I always get discriminated easily from those type of people.

  • So I love this post I'm am like you I'm anti social @ wrk ..... and goin thru something like this ..... what was your out come I'd love 2 kno

  • You said you are funny. What the F**k makes you think you are so funny? lol that was from goodfellas.God Bless you.

  • So true. Oneof the main reasons why people are bullied is because they are seen as a threat - the victim is often well liked, intelligent, does the job very well and is ethical. Bullies find this threatening and they have to attack the victim to belittle them to make themselves feel better due to their inadequacy.

Sadly, your story is very common, although you have taken further steps to fight the bully which shows are strength of character.

Keep strong and look after yourself.
