Somewhere in the LAHSA formula they left out the part about the families having NO services while the "communities" 'NOTICE' them. Like if they were pieces of cord wood you can just stack up. Oh, Hmmn, "Look, Ma, there's homeless people" ... "Shh, not today - maybe next week we can afford to help them"... Meanwhile, No Food for you, Homeless Family. You need to 'Get Noticed'.

Just goes to show how little the criminally insane government cares about people in general. L.A. government is nothing less than an organized crime cartel. In fact California's entire government is a part of the ring. Basically, what's happened is we've been infiltrated by terrorists, just like Washington.
