The DC-25X portable #8 (1 or 25mm) rebar cutter takes on the new Wacker RCP-25 cutter. Both are cutting #8 grade 60 rebar side by side. The DC-25X from Benner-Nawman clearly is a cut or two above the Wacker, nothing cuts like a DIAMOND. Now, let's get ready to rumble!

  • Another reason can be that the showman uses a locally hardened steel on the Wacker machine as you can see bar looks so dark, i think it's a fake comparision :D

  • @HiTechAvio

I was the one that did the comparison, used same peice of #8 grade 60 rebar, both were new fully functioning cutter, relief valves closed, nothing fake, no smoke and mirrors...

  • Don't you think it would help if you closed the relief valve fully on the Wacker? Hummm seems like you had the valve open a little to reduce the power. Way to do a honest, fair, and head to head demo

  • But will it blend?

  • @Irun26pt2 Yea! i have a Wacker RPC-25 cutter, it works very good and faster than the diamond show on this video, maybe the relief valve is not fully close.

  • Would'nt beg the wacker. Bet its made in China.
